FuJian AnXi Dong Ding Oolong tea (Tung Ting) Oolong Tea

Brewing Guide: Please use relatively low tempeture water when brewing this Premium   Oolong to extract the best flavor.  Using high tempeture water close to boiling may result in unwanted bitterness in the tea. Water tempeture around 140-158F (60-70C) and 3 minutes of steeping time is most ideal for brewing this tea.

Dong Ding Oolong originates from Nantou Lugu area which is at the central of the island in 1885 and It is named after a nearby mountain called Dong Ding Shan which literately translates as Frozen Summit Mountain. It has a golden-brown color when infused.
